WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
On Golden Pond, the critically acclaimed Broadway play by Ernest Thompson, was adapted as a motion picture and nominated for nine Academy Awards. The story depicts the life of Norma and Ethel Thayer in their 44th year at Golden Pond. Here, they share the summer with their daughter Chelsea and her son. Jack Klugman stars.
