The Tony-nominated Broadway musical Catch Me If You Can will launch its first national tour in the fall of 2012 at the Providence Performing Arts Center in Providence, Rhode Island.

The musical centers on a world-class con artist who is pursued by straight-arrow FBI agent. It features a book by Terrence McNally, music by Marc Shaiman, and lyrics by Shaiman and Scott Wittman, and is based on the book and hit 2002 DreamWorks film of the same name.

Jack O'Brien has directed the production, with choreography by Jerry Mitchell, scenic design by David Rockwell, costume design by William Ivey Long, lighting design by Kenneth Posner, sound design by Steve Kennedy, and orchestrations by Marc Shaiman & Larry Blank. The Music Director is John McDaniel.
