The new comedy from Greater Tuna writer/performers Joe Sears and Jaston Williams, Tuna Does Vegas, will begin a 21-city tour on March 25 at Fort Worth's Bass Performance Hall.

Sears and Williams bring back the lovable and eccentric characters from the 'third smallest town in Texas' as they take a rambling romp in Sin City. The hilarity begins when oddball-conservative radio host Arles Struvie announces on air that he and his wife Bertha Bumiller are heading to Vegas to renew their wedding vows...but everyone in Tuna, Texas goes along for the ride!

The show is directed by Ed Howard, who shares co-author credit with stars Williams and Sears. The design team will include Christopher McCollum (scenery), Linda Fisher (costumes), David Nancarrow (lighting), and Ken Huncovsky (sound).

In addition, to Fort Worth (March 25-30), stops on the tour will include San Francisco's Curran Theatre (June 10-22), Oklahoma City's Rose State Theatre (November 3-9), Nashville's James K. Polk Theatre (December 2-7), Seattle's Moore Theatre (March 31-April 5, 2009), San Diego's Balboa Theatre (May 5-10, 2009), and Cleveland's Cleveland Playhouse (June 10-28, 2009).
