About This Venue
 From 1925 to 1943, this playhouse was the Theatre Guild's flagship home. Virginia and James Binger, founders of Jujamcyn company (which is named from their children), took over the theater in 1981. The theater was then renamed for the owner's wife. The best seats are located in the orchestra Rows D through J. The Virginia has a seating capacity of 1,265 for plays and 1,239 for musicals.
