Florence Gould Hall is located between Madison Ave and Park Ave.

By Subway: N-R-W to either 5th or Lexington Ave/59th St; 4-5-6 to 59th St/Lexington Ave

By Bus: Use the M1, M2, M3, M4 or Q31 buses and get off at 59th Street.

Parking: Icon Garage: 10 East 59th St, between 5th and Madison Ave; sorry, no special rate arrangements available. Street parking is very limited.

The Florence Gould Hall is an intimate, modern 400 seat theatre operated by the French Institute Alliance Française, an American, private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3), non-governmental organization. Its mission is to promote and enhance the knowledge and appreciation of French and Francophone culture, to increase the knowledge of the French language, and to encourage interaction among French, Francophone and American people through programs in education and the arts. As a result, the majority of their events - including theatre, dance, cinema, lectures and concerts - reflect this mission. However, they maintain strong relationships with other non-French related producing organizations in NYC, and as such a wide variety of entertainment is available.
