Come celebrate the WorkShop Theater Company's landmark 15th Anniversary Season! This year, our Annual Fall Benefit will start off with a show featuring the sublime talents of Tony Award-winner Bill Irwin and both original and current cast members of Hair - the Tribal Rock Musical - including two-time Tony nominee André de Shields and Heather MacRae. Adding to the excitement will be several of WorkShop's own musical theater luminaries and special guests from our monthly variety/burlesque extravaganza, Vaudeville Nouveau. Throughout, we'll also present selected scenes from our 2008-2009 Main Stage season, featuring our company writers, directors and actors as well as a few guest artists. Afterwards, we'll enjoy eats and drinks at an After-Party next door. It will be an evening of outstanding musical entertainment at the very cool Zipper Factory Theater on West 37th Street! The show and After-Party will be informal, the evening will be great fun.

The new Broadway season begins with Burn the Floor, featuring Dancing With the Stars' Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff. Off-Broadway sees the new musical Vanities, Buck Henry and Holland Taylor in Mother, Lucy Thurber's Monstrosity, and Ariane Mnouchkine and Declan Donnellan-helmed works at the Lincoln Center Festival.
