Synopsis

A man forgotten by history: Ignaz Semmelweis. If not for his talent for making powerful enemies, it would be a household name. What Happens to Women Here puts medicine, class, and gender under a microscope, examining one man's obsession to uncover the cause of mysterious deaths ... only to to be undone by his own madness.
