Synopsis
Now in its third year, Under the Radar, a festival tracking new theater, embraces the vitality of contemporary theater in all of its many guises: this year's extraordinary lineup features work from around the world and the U.S., including performance, playwriting, puppetry, solos, ensembles, and classics re-considered. Located at The Public Theater and its partner theaters - 59E59, Downtown Art, The Kitchen, and St. Ann's Warehouse - the festival offers a crash course in theater that is exciting, independent, and experimental, created by some of the most dynamic artists working today.
