Synopsis

A personal look at CEO scandals that have rocked Wall Street, Sandi Goff's The Misfortune of Our Friends is a heartbreaking and relevant tale of a powerful man's fall from grace. Once at the top of his game, Leonard's life begins to unravel as the SEC investigates his finances and his conscience begins to flare. As the New York Post hounds him for dirt, he is forced to examine his role as a father, a husband, and a lover. Steven Williford directs.
