Synopsis

Saturday Night Rewritten is a sketch comedy show written, rehearsed, and performed in 8 hours. Every Sunday they create an entirely new show, inspired by current events and the previous night's Saturday Night Live. For ten weeks only this spring, seasoned NYC comedy writer/performers will meet every Sunday at noon. With the 8pm deadline looming, over the next eight hours they will brainstorm, collaborate, write, rewrite, choose props, build sets, rehearse, put together costumes, rewrite, learn their lines, and perform an entirely original sketch comedy for you the audience.
