Synopsis

Rodgers & Hammerstein's first collaboration, Oklahoma! is set in a Western Indian territory just after the turn of the century. The high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the colourful background for Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, to play out their love story. Although the road to true love never runs smooth for the two headstrong romantics, there is no doubt they will succeed in making a new life together. Oklahoma! features the classic songs "Oh, What A Beautiful Mornin'," "Oklahoma," "People Will Say We're In Love" and more.
