With some of the most famous show tunes ever written, like "Tea for Two" and "I Want to be Happy", No, No, Nanette's 1971 production, on which this Encores! production is based, started the nostalgia craze on Broadway. Refreshing, uplifting and jubilant, it tells the story of Jimmy Smith and all the trouble he gets into and out of one madcap summer weekend. This production stars Rosie O'Donnell and Beth Leavel.
No, No, Nanette is presented as part of the Encores! Series at New York City Center.
