My Favorite Animal is a wild adult comedy about Jerry, a psychotherapist, and Randi, a beautiful, vivacious young woman who shows up unannounced at his office. Randi tells Jerry that she is really an average-looking man who wondered what it would be like to be a sexy girl, and woke up to find the wish had come true. Jerry calmly counsels Randi, convinced she must be delusional or a prankster, but he can't help bonding with her. Then Randi proves to bring with her an even bigger and more dangerous problem. Jerry manages to turn the resulting crisis into a group therapy session, leading to a suspenseful and hilarious climax.
