Melancholia and Dis-Ease
Melancholia and Dis-Ease Tickets and Information
Synopsis
Looking Glass Theatre presents two one act plays: Melancholia, written by Leah Mercer, and directed by Amantha May, and Communicable Dis-Ease, created and directed by Charmian Creagle.
A performance text that integrates image, poetry, music, movement and narrative, Melancholia exists in the landscape of then and now, of what was and what could be. Melancholia considers what role choice, circumstance and character play in the construction of sadness.
