Julian Fleisher & Martha Plimpton: Save it for the Stage Tickets and Information
Synopsis
What started as a simple "caper" right here on the Joe's Pub stage has quickly mushroomed into what the LA Times now calls "a triumph". It took only weeks for the brilliant and talented Miss Plimpton to take a simple guest spot in Fleisher's last appearance here and parlay it into a full-blown partnership -- one which the duo wisely took to Los Angeles to perfect. There, in the merciless crucible of the southern California summer sun, their little lark became a swan.
Fleisher and Plimpton are reinventing the tried-and-true institution of the nightclub duo; updating, polishing and retrofitting the fusty form for a new generation. Now, they invite you to join them for a special, one-night-only reprise of their show, freshened up for their beloved home town, complete with new material, genuine surprises and very special guests.
