Synopsis

It Came From Beyond features a book by Cornell Christianson, with music and lyrics by Stephen M. Schwartz and Norman Thalheimer. Grease meets War of the Worlds in this new 1950s sci-fi musical-comedy with original staging by Jeff Calhoun, Tony nominee for Grease, director of the Tony-nominated revival of Big River at the Roundabout, and director of Brooklyn. This fun, campy show centers on a high school kid whose only chance to save his girlfriend is to find the secret hidden in a comic book that can stop an attack from outer space.
