Heiner Müller: A Man Without a Behind is a moving theatrical mosaic featuring texts by -- and interviews of -- Heiner Müller, Germany's most poetic and controversial playwright since Brecht. Staged to commemorate the 10th anniversary of his death, A Man Without a Behind explores the complex connections between Müller's life, politics and poetry -- as seen through the prism of his history with the Castillo Theatre, which has staged 14 Müller productions over the last 15 years. Heiner Müller: A Man Without a Behind was compiled by Dan Friedman and is directed by Gabrielle L. Kurlander.
