Synopsis


The Triad Theatre presents the World Premiere of Going Through a Stage: Broadway's Best Sing the Songs of Charles Bloom, a musical journey exploring the quirks, longings and joys we face while going through the stages of our lives.

Going Through A Stage features Matt Castle (Company); Jenn Colella (High Fidelity, Urban Cowboy); Mara Davi (The Drowsy Chaperone, A Chorus Line); Claybourne Elder (Road Show), Christy Faber (Les Misérables); Cody Green (West Side Story, Grease, Movin' Out); Rachel Izen (West End productions of Thoroughly Modern Millie, Lautrec, Annie and Beauty and the Beast); Amy Justman (Company, Irving Berlin's White Christmas); Aaron Lazar (Impressionism, A Tale of Two Cities, Les Misérables, The Light in the Piazza); Ashley Fox Linton (national tour of Wicked); Kerry O'Malley (Irving Berlin's White Christmas, Into the Woods, Annie Get Your Gun); Brad Oscar (Spamalot, The Producers); Julie Reyburn (winner of numerous cabaret awards, including two MAC Awards as well as Nightlife, Bistro, Julie Wilson Awards); Josh Young (national tour of Les Misérables, international tour of West Side Story); and Steve Ross, legendary pianist and cabaret artist.

Music and lyrics by Charles Bloom, directed by Donald Brenner, with music direction by Michael Lavine, and piano and additional arrangements by Matt Castle.
