A concert, a rock musical telling of an iconic story, an exclusive event - a unique new Halloween tradition. A rock telling of the original Mary Shelley tale, Frankenstein Year One - NYC09 features a legend-laden band including former members of Frank Zappa's The Mothers of Invention, The Average White Band and more - each a monster musician in their own right with other recording/performing credits including Stevie Nicks, Bette Midler, Patti Labelle, Tony Bennett, Harry Connick Jr. and Maria Muldaur to name but a few. A killer cast includes stars of Jesus Christ Superstar and Television's Rockstar INXS. Year One - NYC, features a commemorative poster created by world-famous rock music album cover designer Hugh Syme (Rush [all albums], Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Megadeth Alice Cooper, White Snake and more). Along with other commemorative merchandise, signed, frame-able limited edition prints of the poster will be available for purchase - the perfect start to your FRANKENSTEIN collection. And, there's a good chance you could meet the artist. Watch for ad posters on display in October throughout Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea and West Village neighborhoods.
