Synopsis


Set in Saint Petersburg, Russia in 1913, Cherubina is based on the true story of Elisa Ivanovna, a frustrated poet and crippled school teacher, and the love triangle that grows between her and two other poets. This world premier is a dark comedy that explores the relationship between art and love, beauty and truth, and what people do when they feel as if they are living at the end of the world.
