Synopsis
Second Stage Theatre presents Birdie Blue, by Cheryl L. West. Times are tougher than ever, but Birdie welcomes us in, tells it -- and we mean all of it -- like it is, and then does what she has to do in this lyrical and jazzy reflection on love, marriage, and the passage of time. The show stars S. Epatha Merkerson, Billy Porter, and Charles Weldon. Seret Scott directs.
Opening night performance on Thursday, June 23 begins at 6:45pm.
