Synopsis
A mind-blowing multimedia rock 'n roll spectacle that will rock you out of your seat!
Automatic Superstar is the story of Matic, a masked rock star whose record company is trying to kill him. Matic spearheads the free downloading movement and becomes an overnight sensation when his song "Hate You for Loving Me" rockets to the top of the Internet download charts. But when his record company demands that he stop giving away the music, Matic fights back in a public display of defiance. With the future of the music industry on the line and his life spiraling out of control, Matic confronts the record company and his demons in a shocking and rocking conclusion.
The show features a groundbreaking rock score reminiscent of The Foo Fighters, Radiohead, and Rage Against the Machine. If you liked the Who's Tommy and Pink Floyd's The Wall, you'll LOVE Automatic Superstar!!!
