A Jew Grows in Brooklyn
A Jew Grows in Brooklyn Tickets and Information
Synopsis
A Jew Grows in Brooklyn is a touching, poignant, and hilarious new smash musical comedy about a boy and his family's quest for the American Dream. The show has been playing to sold out standing ovations; and has often been compared to Billy Crystal's 700 Sundays. The New York Times praises Jake Ehrenreich as "generously talented"; Jewish Week simply calls him "Brilliant"; WOR radio calls this a "delightful journey" and Variety raves it's "a homage to the catskills."
Join Jake and four singer/musicians as they recount his life from his parent's survival of the holocaust, to stickball and rebirth, in what USA Today calls "funny and heartbreaking," The New Yorker calls a "singing valentine," and TV's The God Squad calls "a joyous, wise and wonderful performance!"
