Synopsis

A hilarious, yet touching depiction of the legend of King Solomon, his 700 Wives, and, (should they all be ailing from a headache one night), his 300 concubines, the story follows his steamy romance with Sheba - the Ethiopian queen who tamed him. Composer/Playwright Ginger Reiter is best known for "Pickles" based on her romance with comedian Jackie Mason and starring their daughter Sheba Mason (Atlantis Playhouse 2003). Garnering reviews "Best Bellydancing in a Musical Hapster Award" , "..material far superior.." (The Palm Beach Post 2007), this is the first New York production of 700 Wives - The Musical.
