Set on a Brooklyn rooftop, these ten original short plays explore the intimate experiences between people standing on a rooftop overlooking the Manhattan skyline. They are expressions of the collective urban experience: love, loss, sex, money, power, religion and real estate.
Written by the next generation of New York writers, 10 Stories: a humble offering to the Manhattan skyline brings together short fiction writers, novelists, poets, playwrights and comedians including Jonathan Ames, Thomas Beller, Andrew Bradbury, Alicia Erian, Rose Gowen, Jardine Libaire, Bruce Mason, David Marek , Eugene Mirman and Molly Townsend. Presented by 'SCAPE.
There will be an acting/improvisation workshop for children on Sunday afternoon June 15th before the evening performance.
