Victoria Clark, Patti LuPone, Audra McDonald, Bernadette Peters, et al. Set for New York Philharmonic's Sondheim Birthday Concert

Michael Cerveris, Victoria Clark, Jason Danieley, Nathan Gunn, George Hearn, Patti LuPone, Marin Mazzie, Audra McDonald, Donna Murphy, Mandy Patinkin, and Bernadette Peters will be among the performers for the New York Philharmonic's SONDHEIM: The Birthday Concert, to be held March 15-16 at Avery Fisher Hall. Paul Gemignani will conduct and Lonny Price will direct the concerts.

These concerts will feature some of the composer-lyricist's most enduring orchestral music and songs in addition to rarely-heard material, including a suite from music he wrote for the film Reds, which has never before been performed live. Additional performers will be announced at a later date.
