Susan Blackwell, Jeannine Frumess, Brooke Sunny Moriber, Daniel Reichard, and Lucas Steele will perform as part of Conceiving the Kid: Adapting a Book Into a Musical, to be held at Theatre Row, on Sunday, November 8 at 7pm.

The event -- part of The New Group's "Dark Nights" series -- will feature Jack Lechner, Andy Monroe, and Michael Zam discussing their process of adapting sex columnist Dan Savage's memoir The Kid: What Happened After My Boyfriend and I Decided to Get Pregnant into a new musical, and will also feature excerpts from the show. The New Group will present the musical in the spring, directed by Scott Elliott.
