Singer and Broadway star Linda Eder will perform in concert at the Blender Theatre at Gramercy (127 East 23rd Street) at 7pm on Wednesday, October 22.
Earlier this week, Eder released her 10th CD, The Other Side of Me , which includes such song as Pieces, If I Could, Both Sides Now, Ghost, Make Today Beautiful and an original composition entitled Waiting for the Fall.
Eder's theater credits include Jekyll & Hyde and Camille Claudel. She has also appeared in numerous nightclubs and cabaret venues across the country, as well as Carnegie Hall, Feinsteins at the Loews Regency, and Harrah's Casino in Atlantic City.

This is a departure from the style she is known for; standards, ballads. Her official site www.LindaEder.com has a posting where Linda says, "It took a year and a half to make my new CD." Like anything that gets better with patience and time her CD is a cullmination of many years of this.
What a wonderful masceration of vocal and verve. She sings from the heart and it clearly affects all who listen.
