Fans of the musical Lone Star Love won't be surprised to hear the former Off-Broadway hit has a new -- and brighter -- life ahead of it. A revised version of this toe-tapping tuner, which re-sets Shakespeare's The Merry Wives of Windsor to Civil War-era Texas, begins a four-week run on September 8 at Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre, before moving into Broadway's Belasco Theatre on November 1 for an open-ended run. At a recent press rehearsal in New York, TheaterMania got a glimpse of some of the show's big numbers and spoke to director/choroegrapher Randy Skinner and stars Randy Quaid, Dee Hoty, Robert Cuccioli, and Lauren Kennedy.
