Katherine Moennig, Jonny Lee Miller, Julia Stiles, Peter Weller to Appear on Showtime’s Dexter

Stage veterans Katherine Moenning, Peter Weller, Julia Stiles, and Jonny Lee Miller will be part of the season 5 cast of Showtime’s award-winning series Dexter, according to TVGuide.com. The show stars Golden Globe Award winner and Broadway veteran Michael C. Hall as a forensics expert who is also a serial killer.

Moennig appeared in the Off-Broadway show Guardians and is best known for her portrayal of Shane on Showtime’s The L Word.

Weller’s Broadway credits include Sticks and Bones, Summer Brave, and Full Circle, and he most recently appeared on the New York stage in Frank’s Home. He is best known for such films as Robocop and Shoot the Moon.

In October, Stiles will be seen at BAM starring in the title role of Persephone, Warren Leight’s reimagining of the classic Greek myth. Her other stage credits include the Broadway, Los Angeles, and West End productions of David Mamet’s Oleanna, as well as Twelfth Night, Fran’s Bed, and The Vagina Monologues.

Miller’s stage credits include the Roundabout Theatre Company’s production of After Miss Julie, as well as Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me, Festen, The Play What I Wrote, Democracy, and Beautiful Thing.
