Christian Slater has signed on to star in The Forgotten, a new ABC crime drama that will launch on September 22, according to TVGuide.com.
He will play Alex Donovan, a former lawman who heads up the Identity Network, a team of amateur sleuths who work on cases involving unidentified victims.
Slater's stage credits include The Glass Menagerie, Sweet Bird of Youth, and Swimming With Sharks. His many film and television credits include Heathers, True Romance, The Good Shepherd and My Own Worst Enemy.
