So what's it like to live on Avenue Q? Three years after this infectious Broadway musical won the Tony Award, the whole country is finally about to find out. The show's national tour is currently in the midst of a special preview engagement at San Diego's Spreckels Theatre (through August 5), before moving to San Francisco's Orpheum Theatre next month for the official tour kick-off. TheaterMania recently attended a rehearsal of the tour in New York, where we got a sneak peek at the show's opening number and talked to cast members Robert McClure, Christian Anderson, Angela Ai, and Carla Renata about their upcoming adventure.
