Kerry Butler, Jen Cody, Hunter Foster, Christiane Noll, et al. Set for NYMF’s Best of the Fest Concert

Jen Cody will host New York Musical Theatre Festival‘s Best of the Fest benefit concert, to be held at New World Stages on June 21 at 8pm.

As previously reported, performers will include Christiane Noll, Kerry Butler, Hunter Foster, Alex Brightman, Matt Doyle, Jamie LaVerdiere, Leo Ash Evens. Brian Gonzalez, Stephanie J. Block, Christopher Sieber, Krysta Rodriguez, Tom Kitt, Curtis Holbrook, D.B. Bonds, Katrina Rose Dideriksen, and Vanessa Ray.

The show will feature songs from Douglas Carter Beane, Lewis Flinn, Adam Gwon, Chris Miller & Nathan Tysen, Hunter Foster, Joe Iconis, Jason Rhyne, John Mercurio, Matt Gould, Jeremy Desmon, Michelle Elliott and Daniel Larsen, Tom Kitt, Stephen Cole, Douglas J. Cohen, and Peter Mills.

The concert will also feature a special performance by the cast of the 2009 NYMF Musical Academy, which will be appearing at South Korea’s 2010 Daegu International Musical Festival (DIMF) this July. The cast includes Alex Wyse (Benji), Corey Boardman (Amory), Wilson Bridges (Michael), Antonio Addeo (Gert), Matthew F. Johnson (Regan), Andy Mientus (Conrad) and Aaron Riesebeck (Pete).

The show will also feature a sneak peek from selections from the 2010 New York Musical Theater Festival, which will take place from September 27 – October 17.
