Christine Baranski and Jesse L. Martin will headline An Intimate Night, Manhattan Theatre Club's winter benefit, to be held at 7pm on Monday, January 22 at the Rainbow Room (30 Rockefeller Plaza, 65th Floor).

The event will include cocktails, dinner, and a special cabaret-style show featuring stage, film, and television stars including Baranski and Martin. All proceeds will benefit the theater's educational outreach programs, as well as its musical theater and play development activities.

Baranski is a two-time Tony Award winner for The Real Thing and Rumors and an Emmy Award winner for her role of Maryann Thorpe on TV's Cybill. She is currently starring in Paul Rudnick's comedy Regrets Only at MTC-Stage 1, and she will be seen next month as Carlotta in the City Center Encores! production of Follies. Martin is best known for playing Detective Ed Green on TV's Law & Order and for his role of Tom Collins in both the original stage production and the film version of Rent.

Tickets to the benefit are priced at $1,000 per person and up. For more information, call 212-399-3000, ext. 146.
