For a few underdressed years in the 1950's, Bettie Page was the pin-up queen of the universe - or at least of locker rooms and private stashes. For years, a riddle wrapped in a mystery, Page acheived brief infamy as the object of all kinds of fantasies. Called upon to testify before a Senate sub-committee on pornography, Page left the world of titillation and tease without a trace in 1957, but has remained an iconic figure.
