A first look at this staged reading of a new play by emerging local playwright Sam Harps.
In Afghanistan in 2003, while facing a Military Tribunal, five American Soldiers from differing ethnic backgrounds are confronted by an Afghan woman questioning the death of her husband: a candlemaker mistaken for a Taliban Fighter. The Key to Al-Saheed is a gripping courtroom drama which gives voice to those affected by the inhumanity and humanity of war.
