WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Steven Ray Watkins has been playing the piano and singing for 35 years. In the mid-80's he was the lead singer of the rock group Ampersand, touring the country and recording for two years before folding. And as a composer he is represented on record by the song "Give Me A Voice" on Lennie Watts' CD, I Want ... You Want, and recently had a song premiered by Michael Vaccaro, "Child Of The Seventies," in the show of the same name.
