WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Documentary feature following the rise and fall of the Rockland County music scene during the late 80's and early 90's. The film focuses on the most promising band, Riphouse, from Congers. Riphouse 151: Could've Been's & Wanna Be's. Narrated by the band members themselves and including interviews with 30+ people including Rob Dukes of Exodus and Don La Greca of ESPN Radio.
