WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Krusiec's comedy-drama Made in Taiwan entwines dysfunctional family, cultural confusion, and suburban desperation. Pimped out by a Chinese mother, cowed by an American naval father, this coming of age story is both poignant and hilarious.
