WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The 5th Annual Kids' Night on Broadway offers free tickets to many Broadway and off-Broadway shows when accompanied by an adult who purchases a full-priced ticket. Participating shows are: Annie Get Your Gun, Barrio Babies, Chicago, Jane Eyre, Kiss Me, Kate, Les Miserables, Rent, Riverdance on Broadway, Stomp, Seussical, Swing!, The Dinner Party, The Music Man, The Phantom of the Opera, and The Rocky Horror Show.
There is a free Kids' Broadway Blast at the Hammerstein Ballroom, 311 W. 34th St. on January 30 from 3-6pm. Activities are geared to give young theatergoers a chance to experience the behind-the-scenes magic of theater. Kids can take dance lessons, try out stage face painting and make-up design, and even try on costumes from various Broadway shows.
