Riverspace Arts in Nyack and Chiku Awali African Dance present the Fifth Annual African Dance Extravaganza, featuring the Harambee African Dance and Drumming Company and other invited artists.

Earlier in the day, at 4:00pm, Chiku Awali hosts an African Drumming Workshop. Learn West African rhythms on the jembe with Fode Sissoko from Senegal, then perform as the opening act for that night's 8:00pm performance. Admission for the Drumming Workshop is $10.00, which also include a ticket to the 8:00 show.
