Donna Vivino, who recently appeared in the role of Elphaba in the Broadway production of Wicked, will celebrate the release of her debut solo album, Beautiful Dreamer, with a special return performance at Broadway nightspot 54 Below on Thursday, January 27, at 9:30pm. Titled It's Not Easy Being Green, the concert will also feature musical director Ken Levinsky on piano and Jeff Ganz.

Released on Ghostlight Records, Beautiful Dreamer has arrangements by Mitchel Forman and features Vivino's father, Jerry Vivino, leading a jazz quartet that includes Forman, Kevin Axt, and Ray Brinker.

Vivino first appeared on the Great White Way as Broadway's first Young Cosette in Les Misérables. More recently, she starred for two years as Elphaba in the first national tour of Wicked. She also performed the role on Broadway. Vivino's other Broadway credits include Hairspray and Saturday Night Fever.
