Tamagawa University Dance and Taiko Group have New York premiere concert. The Group has been touring all over the world including Mexico, England, Greece, Canada, Malaysia, Russia, Indonesia, Africa and the U.S. since 1961. They have been annually invited to Philadelphia Cherry Blossom Festival since 2003. Their unique performance with striking Taiko drumming and Japanese folkloric dance received high reputation, raving reviews from The New York Times and other media. With growing number of fans every year, they come back to the U.S. to perform at Cherry Blossom Festival in Philadelphia and Washington D.C., as well as this New York premiere performance.
