Operatic soprano Shawna Stone performs along with special guest, Grammy Award-winning singer and producer Peter Asher. Stone's program, her first at the Carlyle, includes works by Jerome Kern, George Gershwin, Stephen Sondheim, James Taylor, and Joni Mitchell, along with selections from the opera world.

Stone has performed in such operas as The Merry Wives of WIndsor, The Marriage of Figaro, L'Elisir d'Amore, Julius Caesar, and Die Fledermaus. She released her fist album, Siren, in 2007 and is also known as part of the classical crossover duo Sasha & Shawna.
