WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
December 2nd Productions presents the return of john & jen, directed by Marc Eardley with musical direction by Brandon Sturiale. Matte O'Brien and Louise Stewart star.
The musical, one of composer Andrew Lippa's early works, takes us on one woman's emotional journey through four decades beginning in the 1950s. The first act centers areound the relationship of Jen and her kid brother John; their indestructible bond is tested when they become diametrically opposed to the Vietnam War. The second act shifts focus to an older, doting Jen, her son John (named after her brother) and their fragile, yet touching relationship. It is a story of family connection, commitment, and the human heart.

Rich with New York architectural history, The Lamb's Theatre contains two theaters. The mainstage seats 350 and the smaller studio will hold 90. The theater was built in 1903 and designed by Stanford White.
