Jingle Away With Judy and Bea! features a dynamic and dynamite duo of divas: those pop culture (not to say gay...) icons, Judy Garland and Bea Arthur, "together again" but for the very first time in a holiday extravaganza. Peter Mac and John Schaefer -- whose dual debut as these legendary figures brought down the house at Helen's all last spring and into the summer -- return for a festive mélange of music and comedy, all geared to put across to their audience that annual and heartfelt wish: "Have yourself a merry little Christmas."

Fresh (or, at least, recently returned...) from their controversial but triumphant bus-and-truck tour of "Mame," Garland and Arthur plan to deck the halls of Helen's Restaurant with holiday humor and splendid song. With musical direction by the incomparable David Shenton, their repertoire includes numbers by Jerry Herman, Irving Berlin, David Friedman, and Harold Arlen, among others. It's a show guaranteed to brighten your hearts, lift your December spirits, and warm those ever-needy cockles!
