WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

The hilarious Obie Award-winner Jackie Hoffman (Hairspray, Kissing Jessica Stein) returns to Joe's Pub, home of her smash hit The Kvetching Continues (the longest running show in Joe's Pub history) in Jackie with a Z. Directed by Michael Schiralli, Musical Director, Bobby Peaco.

Tickets may also be purchased at The Public Theater box office from 1:00pm to 6:00pm and at Joe's Pub from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, both located at 425 Lafayette St.

Purchase of tickets does NOT guarantee a table reservation; you must call to reserve seats. Seating, as well as standing-room, is available only on a first-come, first-served basis for all shows without a dinner reservation. Two drinks or $12.00 food minimum per person is standard. There are actually three things you can be sure of in life: death, taxes, and the fact that Jackie Hoffman will say something outrageous when she's on the stage of Joe's Pub. Every five seconds. Indeed, fans of Hoffman's take-no-prisoners brand of humor will not be disappointed with her new show, Jackie with a Z, even it fails to rise to the heights of her record-breaking act The Kvetching Continues.

Hoffman's taut 60-minute set, co-written with her director Michael Schiralli and her musical director Bobby Peaco, is chock-full of new material even as it covers familiar ground.
