WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Drew Sarich, currently appearing on Broadway in Les Miserables, mixes his love of storytelling and melody with his affinity for good, dirty, simple rock music. Imagine Brian Wilson breaking up a bar fight between MC5 and the Stooges! Drew's Spotlight also includes original rock songs from his International Victim project. He is joined onstage by wife Ann Mandrella (Jacques Brel), Eric Svejcar, Steve Gilewski, Brad Carbone and other surprise guests.
Drew left new York for Berlin in 1999 to play the role of Quasimodo in the world premiere of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and quickly made Europe his home. He has been seen by European audiences in Hair, Dracula, Barbarella The Musical, and Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Other New York credits include Lestat and Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris.
