Choreographer and television personality Paula Abdul was on hand for the opening of the 2009 edition of The Radio City Christmas Spectacular on Tuesday, November 17. At the event, The Make-a-Wish Foundation honored the Garden of Dreams Foundation with the Chris Grecious Award for exceptional dedication at Radio City Music Hall.

The Spectacular, which runs through December 30, features numerous numbers by the world-famous Rockettes, including "The 12 Days of Christmas" and "New York at Christmas," use of the giant LED screen, and such longtime favorites as "The Living Nativity" and "The Parade of the Wooden Soldiers."

Other celebrity attendees at the November 17 performance included Nikki Blonsky, Matthew Modine, Steve Schrippa, and New York Giants' players Lawrence Tynes and Zak DeOssie.
