The cast of the movie version of the Tony-Award winning musical Nine will appear on the November 18 episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show.

The film will open on December 18 in New York and Los Angeles followed by a wider release on Christmas Day. It is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Rob Marshall.

The musical, based on Federico Fellini's 8 ½, focuses on Guido Contini, a movie director, played by Oscar winner Daniel Day Lewis, and the myriad women in his life. The movie also stars Marion Cottilard as Luisa, Penelope Cruz as Carla, Nicole Kidman as Claudia, Judi Dench as Liliane LeFleur, Sophia Loren as Guido's mother, Kate Hudson as Stephanie, and Stacy Ferguson (aka Fergie) as Saraghina.
